This is for anyone who’s ever been in the middle of a production shutdown, staring at a faulty Riello oil burner or a seized burner motor, and realising the next delivery window could make or break your schedule. Maybe you’re an engineer at a food plant, a maintenance supervisor at a hotel, or a procurement lead who just inherited a “hot” request.

The problem: standard procurement cycles don’t mesh with emergency repairs.
